Prior to initiating enforcement proceedings, payment, instalment, restructuring and settlement options are considered, and formal notices and payment negotiations are conducted where necessary. The process is handled from the initiation of enforcement proceedings through attachment, sale and collection; in proceedings initiated against our clients, debtors are represented in connection with legal objections and related court proceedings.
